Hi there! Today is the FINAL day of the Online Extravaganza! In the spirit of sharing cards made with products on the sale, here is a card we made last week at my Intro to Stamping Class! Super fun and cute! I love layering the little punches on top of the 1″ Square Punch (on sale) and then onto the Postage Stamp Punch! The smaller, simple note cards below this info use many of the same supplies, but do not use the stamp set, just the punches. These are going to be my Christmas thank yous that I send out to friends and family. For these cards, punch the smaller punch first (Merry Minis Punch Pack) and then it is much easier to center the larger one (1″ Square Punch) around it. I’ve become obsessed with the glimmer paper lately so I topped one of the trees off in a star punch with the Silver Glimmer Paper!!! The “snow” is simply a piece of 2″ x 5-1/4″ Very Vanilla card stock torn lengthwise down the middle and then I added some 2-Way Glue Pen before dumping on some Dazzling Diamonds Stampin’ Glitter! Wowza – I love this card and it SPARKLES!!!

I just love this card that I CASEd for my Winter Stamp-a-Stack Class this past week, but I have NO idea who I got the idea from…sorry! So so so pretty!!! It uses a very simple color scheme and the beautiful Core’dinations card stock. I tell you what, putting it through the Big Shot in an embossing folder, then sanding with our Stampin’ Sanding Block to reveal that lighter core is like magic! Also, I think I didn’t quite re-ink my Early Espresso Classic Stampin’ Pad enough, so when I stamped it was a bit blotchy. The Blender Pens are a quick fix when used with the ink you squeeze on the lid. I’ll make a video showing you what I mean very soon!

I LOVE this stamp set! This beautiful card was a Make and Take at an event I attended when I was at Convention several years ago, but I just made it recently! It is just one of those simple, beautiful, monochromatic cards that would be wonderful in any color combo!!! This stamp set is even more versatile than you know – I see this sentiment used on Santa cards for the holidays!

Hi there! Hope you’re all having a wonderful Halloween! I made a card to share with you that fits a lot of challenges online this week. Sure fun to get some ideas from other places – my favorite are sketches and color challenges and I used BOTH on this card. I would’ve NEVER thought to put So Saffron & Daffodil Delight together, but I LOVED them together. I stamped the “Happy Halloween” from the hostess set Wacky Wishes randomly on my So Saffron card stock in Daffodil Delight ink and that really helped pull those two yellows together! I also did a challenge that meant that you had to include bling, so I took my Stampin’ Up! Basic Rhinestone Jewels and colored them with a permanent black marker. Another fun challenge requires you to use supplies that are more than 6 months old – mine were my neglected colors So Saffron and Tangerine Tango, as well as the Whisper White Baker’s Twine and all of the circle punches!
One other tip is about the Candy Corn – I made it with a Whisper White 1/2″ circle punch, Tangerine Tango 1″ circle punch, and Daffodil Delight 1-3/8″ circle punch, centered and layered together. Then you cut wedges to make the individual Candy Corn pieces! So so simple! I also rounded all 3 corners so they looked even more like Candy Corn. Then I put them on Dimensionals and popped them in my little jar! I just love the Perfectly Preserved stamp set and Cannery framelits in the Holiday Catalog!!! There are so so many things that aren’t even in the stamp set, that you can fill that little jar with! 🙂

Hi there! Just wrapping up my HUGE Paper Crafting Sale here at mi casa! Selling Christmas stamps has put me in the Christmas mood so I’m sharing one of my swap cards from Convention 2011 today! I LOVE using Cherry Cobbler & Old Olive for Christmas, but every once in a while, it sure is fun to do something different so here it is! Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette, and Wild Wasabi are a fun combination! Sahara Sand is a great neutral that doesn’t get enough attention in this house! Leave a comment with your favorite color combo for Christmas!
