Hi! Tool Time Thursday has a bit of comparison between the old felt style ink pads vs. the new firm foam style ink pads. I hope it is informative for you as lots of people have been asking about what the differences and similarities are, as well as if they need to replace all of their old stamp pads. One of the main things I LOVE about these ink pads is the name on the end so I thought I’d show the comparison between the old and new pads sitting in my holder. Thanks so much for your kind words KT! You are too sweet! I will check with my hubby tonight and let you know! He has made custom ones for my mom, upline, sideline, a friend, and myself so he’s getting pretty fast at it now! 🙂 I think it’s pretty incredible too – he seriously amazes me with his woodworking skills!!! Be thinking about what size you’d like. Mine is 15 slots x 4 slots, my upline’s is 6 slots x 12 slots (she has hers along her tabletop instead of hanging), my mom’s is 3 slots x 5 slots (she has hers in a cupboard) but she needs larger! Plan ahead for the collection you think you might have someday for sure! I’ll let you know!
